Biography

OPDH, INC. se fundó e incorporó en Arecibo por la Hermana Roberta Grzelak, CDP en mayo de 1992, para respoder a las necesidades sociales de la comunidad y pueblos adyacentes. Comenzó con la aprobación de nuestro Obispo Emerito Monseñor Iñaki Mallona.

Durante un tiempo OPDH fue portavoz de la situación social de la Diócesis, formando grupos comunitarios para trabajar con situaciones particulares de cada comunidad. A través de los años se fueron integrando otros componentes, debido a las necesidades identificadas.
