PECUNIAGROUP

Reply within one business day

Tell us what is actually at risk.

Thirty minutes with the people who would do the work. We will tell you whether what you have is a documentation problem, a systems problem or a staffing problem, and roughly what each one costs to fix. If the answer is that you do not need us, you hear that on the first call.

No charge and no deck. Bring your last management letter if you have one.

A finance manager on a call at a desk, working through grant documentation on screen and on paper.

Send a message

Four fields. We read these ourselves.

Two sentences is plenty. An audit date, a finding, a close that never lands on time, a system nobody trusts.

We reply from a person’s address, not a no-reply.

Example: our Single Audit is in March and time and effort is still tracked in a spreadsheet.

Your message goes to info@pecuniagroup.com and is used only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone. See the privacy policy.

What happens next

Exactly what you have signed up for, and when.

Nobody signs anything in the first thirty minutes. Here is the whole sequence, start to finish.

  1. 01

A person replies within one business day.

Not an autoresponder and not a sequence. Whoever would actually do the work reads the message and answers it, with two or three times that work for a call.

  2. 02

Thirty minutes, on the phone or on video.

You describe the situation. We ask about your award mix, your headcount, how personnel time is documented today, and what your last audit turned up. There is no deck and nothing to sit through.

  3. 03

A written summary within two business days after the call.

What we heard and what we would do first, in order. It is yours to keep whether or not you hire us — including to take to another firm for a second quote.

  4. 04

If it is a fit, a scoped proposal with a fixed fee.

If it is not a fit, we say so on the call rather than in a follow-up email three weeks later, and we point you somewhere better if we know of somewhere better.

Puerto Rico runs on Atlantic Standard Time year-round and does not observe daylight saving, so from November to March we are an hour ahead of Eastern Time. Working languages are Spanish and English, and you get the same team in either.

Or skip the form and call.

If a deadline is close enough that writing it down feels slow, the Guaynabo office picks up. Say what the date is and what you are missing, and we will tell you on that call whether it is fixable in the time you have.

Spanish or English — whoever picks up works in both.
