Privacy policy
The short version: this website collects nothing about you unless you fill in the contact form, and if you do, we use it to answer you. There is no analytics, there are no tracking cookies, and no third-party script runs on this page. The rest of this page is that statement, shown in detail.

What we collect
One form. Four fields. One place it goes.
The contact form is the only thing on this site that sends anything anywhere.
- Your name
- so we can address a reply to a person
- Your organization
- so we know what kind of funding you carry
- Your email address
- so we can answer you
- Your message
- whatever you choose to write in the box
When you submit it, those four fields are posted to an API endpoint that delivers the message to info@pecuniagroup.com, where a person reads it. We use what you wrote to reply to your enquiry and to carry on that conversation. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone for their own purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us. The form also carries a hidden field that only automated spam submissions fill in; if it is filled, the message is discarded and never sent.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, participant health information, or anything else sensitive through this form. If we need that to do work for you, it is collected through a secure channel under a signed services agreement — never through a web form.
What this site does not do
The list of things we are not running.
Each of these is a decision, not an omission. A marketing site for organizations handling federal awards and participant data has no business being an observation platform.
- No analytics. There is no measurement tool on this site — not Google Analytics, not a privacy-friendly alternative, not a self-hosted one.
- No tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all, which is why there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
- No third-party scripts. No advertising pixels, no chat widget, no A/B testing tool, no tag manager.
- No font CDN. The typefaces are bundled into the site by the build and served from our own domain, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a font host.
- No account, no login, no profile. There is nothing on this site to sign up for.
- No sale of your data, and no sharing of it with anyone for their own purposes.
How this site is served
Static files, no application.
pecuniagroup.com is a set of pre-built static files stored in Amazon S3 and delivered by Amazon CloudFront. There is no server-side application behind this website, no database attached to it, and no session. A page you load is a file that was written when the site was built.
Amazon Web Services, as our host, necessarily handles the network request that delivers each page to your browser — that is how any website reaches anyone. We do not layer measurement on top of it, and we do not build a profile of you from it.
FTE Tracker
Platform data is not governed by this policy.
The information your organization keeps inside FTE Tracker — employees, hours, allocations, awards — is not covered by this website policy. It is governed by the services agreement signed with your organization and by our SaaS Acceptable Use Policy. Your organization owns that data; we process it on your behalf as the platform operator.

Your rights
Ask us what we have. Ask us to delete it.
Write to info@pecuniagroup.com and ask for a copy of anything we hold about you from this website, a correction to it, or its deletion. Because the only thing this site can produce is a message you sent us, that request is usually answered by finding one email thread.
The only information we would decline to delete is anything we are required to keep for legal, accounting or professional-records reasons. If that applies, we will tell you what it is and why.
